First performed in the open air with a beautiful view of the sea, this short chamber music piece seeks to engage in dialogue with the unencumbered passage of time, so effortlessly embodied by untouched nature.
Aufheben was commissioned as part of the opening of the new Zwin Nature Park, originally established in 1952 as the first Flemish nature reserve. Enjoy the full live recording below.
